Temporary Bookshop VIII

Looiersgracht 60’s major exhibitions are often accompanied by a carefully curated temporary bookshop that reflects the themes and concerns of the exhibition. ‘Printing Plant’ is a unique event and the first of its kind to be held at Looiersgracht 60. In conjunction with the fair, the curators of Looiersgracht 60 are organising ‘Temporary bookshop VIII’: a selection of theoretical titles on art book publishing. Special attention has been paid to the exceptional contributions of women in the industry and to the relationship between art books and space. The fair and accompanying bookshop give visitors an opportunity to become acquainted with key industry players and to unveil some of the processes involved in creating bespoke art publications.
